Maintained all existing openings due to the building being already inhabited.
Added a 15 cm external front wall within permitted allowances to reduce heat exposure.
Designed shading covers for terraces to improve thermal comfort.
Created angled brick openings to filter sunlight and reduce heat impact on rear windows.
